COMING - ACCOMMODATION

For those who do not make a reservation at Crowne Plaza Hotel, benefit from a preferential rate with partner hotels located in Amman

Note:

• 23 Apr 2024 Check-in to the hotel at 12:00 PM

• 26 Apr 2024 Check-out from the hotel at 12:00 PM

• Prices include accommodation and breakfast per person, per night.

• Single supplement upon request after choosing the hotel

Note: These prices are special only for conference participants. For reservations, please contact us by email: info@et-jor.com

- Participants are required to provide the organizing committee with their name and flight number or a copy of their travel ticket seven days before the conference date. Please adhere to the specified timeframe to enable us to serve you in the best possible way.

- Participants will be greeted at the airport by the organizing committee and then transported to the conference venue in the Dead Sea area (Crowne Plaza Hotel).

بالنسبة لأولئك الذين لا يقومون بالحجز في فندق كراون بلازا، يمكنهم الاستفادة من سعر تفضيلي مع الفنادق الشريكة الموجودة في عمان

ملحوظة:

- 23 أبريل 2024 تسجيل الوصول إلى الفندق الساعة 12:00 ظهرًا

 - 26 أبريل 2024 تسجيل الخروج من الفندق الساعة 12:00 ظهرًا

الأسعار تشمل الإقامة ووجبة الإفطار للشخص الواحد في الليلة.

- يجب تزويد اللجنة المنظمة باسم المشارك ورقم الرحلة او صورة عن تذكرة السفر قبل موعد المؤتمر ب 7 ايام نرجوا الالتزام بالفترة الزمنية المحددة ليتسنى لنا خدمتكم بافضل شكل

- سيتم استقبال المشاركين في المطار من قبل اللجنة المنظمة ومن ثم نقلهم الى موقع المؤتمر في منطقة البحر الميت ( فندق كراون بلازا)
