Cancellation Policy: 

-    Registrations canceled more than 30 days before the conference date are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees. 

-    Registrations canceled less than 29 days before the conference date are non-refundable.  

-    Cancellation by the organizers or in cases of natural or political issues a 100% refund of the participation fees. 

سياسة الغاء المشاركة: 

-    الغاء التسجيل قبل 30 يوم من موعد المؤتمر يتم استرداد 50 % من رسوم المشاركة. 

-    الغاء التسجيل في مدة اقل من 29 يوم من موعد المؤتمر لا يتم استرداد رسوم المشاركة. 

-    اذا تم الغاء المؤتمر من قبل المنظمين او في حالة الكوراث الطبيعية والسياسية يتم ارجاع 100 % من رسوم المشاركة.

                                                     - 450 $ أمريكي للشخص الواحد في الغرفة المفردة 3 ليالي

                                بدون الإقامة

                                                    - الطالب 50 $ أمريكي

                                                    - الأكاديميين 75 $ أمريكي

                                                    - المهنين الغير أكاديميين

                          تشمل الرسوم ما يلي: استراحات القهوة، وجبات الغداء، وقائع المؤتمر والوصول إلى جميع جلسات المؤتمر.
