SUBMISSION

We are pleased to welcome you on the abstract submission site for the 3^rd International Dead Sea Conference which will take place from April 24 to 26, 2024.

You can submit abstracts of scientific communications until Februray 2 Februray 29 March 15 24, 2024 , 11:59 p.m (Jordanian time) for an oral or poster presentation. LAST CHANCE TO SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT! 

We recommend that you read the following instructions carefully before preparing your summary.

Please read the submission rules before submitting an abstract.

Submissions are made EXCLUSIVELY online on the congress website.

Abstracts should be submitted online only on the website. ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED BY E-MAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The scientific committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted for presentation, taking into account the author’s preference.

Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.

All abstracts should be submitted and presented in one of the tow languages (Arabic, English) clear with precise grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication. Abstracts in Arabic must be accompanied by a title in English.

The author must choose the language of his presentation at the time of submission.

Abstracts must be original and must not be or have been published or presented at another meeting prior to Congress.

Only abstracts from authors who registered before the deadline and who presented their work will be scheduled and included in the digital proceedings of the congress abstracts.

Submission of the abstract constitutes the authors’ consent to publication.

Abstracts will be selected by the scientific committee. Following the acceptance information, the planning information will be sent by the organizing committee to the author of the abstract.

Make sure that the boxes: last name, first name, e-mail address, affiliation (department, institution/hospital, city, country) of the author and the co-authors are correctly filled in.

Abstract topic : select the abstract topic from the topic list

Abstract title : limited to 25 words

Abstract text : limited to 500 words.

Abstract layout : Abstracts should use the following structured format:

1. Introduction
2. Objective
3. Theoretical framework(s) and Methodology
4. Results and discussion
5. Conclusions and perspectives

The presentation must not contain any commercial promotional content.

Submissions cannot contain patient names, hospital ID numbers, or other identifying information.

Check the language of the presentation: Arabic, English.

Check the type of presentation: symposium, oral, poster

Check the topic type: Topics

Click on the SUBMIT button at the end of the process to submit your abstract. It will not be possible to make changes to your abstract after submission.

You will receive an abstract ID number by email after submitting your abstract. Please refer to this abstract number in all correspondence regarding the abstract.

Please contact us if you have not received confirmation that your abstract has been submitted.

The selected presenter will receive instructions via email to confirm the presentation and submit their agreement form.

يسعدنا أن نرحب بكم في موقع تقديم الملخصات للمؤتمر الدولي الثالث للبحر الميت الذي سيعقد في الفترة من 24 إلى 26 أبريل 2024.

يمكنك تقديم ملخصات العروض العلمية حتى منتصف الليل 2 فبراير 29 فبراير 15  24 آذار 2024 الساعة 11:59 مساءً (بتوقيت الأردن) للعرض التقديمي الشفوي أو الملصق.

- قواعد التقديم

يرجى قراءة قواعد التقديم قبل تقديم الملخص.

يتم تقديم الترشيحات عبر الإنترنت حصريًا على موقع المؤتمر.

يجب تقديم الملخصات عبر الإنترنت في الموقع فقط. لن يتم قبول الملخصات عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني.

ستحدد اللجنة العلمية ما إذا كان سيتم قبول الملخص للعرض ، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار ما يفضله المؤلف.

لن يتم النظر في الملخصات الواردة بعد الموعد النهائي.

يجب تقديم جميع الملخصات وتقديمها بإحدى اللغتين (العربية والإنجليزية) وأن تكون واضحة ، مع قواعد نحوية وإملائية دقيقة ، وبجودة مناسبة للنشر. يجب إضافة عنوان باللغة الإنجليزية للملخصات باللغة.

يجب على المؤلف اختيار لغة عرضه وقت التقديم.

يجب أن تكون الملخصات أصلية ويجب ألا تكون منشورة أو قد تم نشرها أو تقديمها في اجتماع آخر قبل المؤتمر

سيتم فقط جدولة ملخصات المؤلفين الذين سجلوا قبل الموعد النهائي والذين قدموا أعمالهم وإدراجها في الإجراءات الرقمية لملخصات المؤتمر.

يمثل تقديم الملخص موافقة المؤلفين على النشر.

سيتم اختيار الملخصات من قبل اللجنة العلمية. بعد معلومات القبول ، سيتم إرسال معلومات التخطيط من قبل اللجنة المنظمة إلى مؤلف الملخص.

إرشادات للتقديم

تأكد من ملء المربعات: اسم العائلة ، والاسم الأول ، وعنوان البريد الإلكتروني ، والانتماء (القسم ، والمؤسسة / المستشفى ، والمدينة ، والبلد) للمؤلف والمؤلفين المشاركين بشكل صحيح.

موضوع الملخص : حدد موضوع الملخص من قائمة الموضوعات

عنوان الملخص : يقتصر على 25 كلمة

نص مجردة : يقتصر على 500 كلمة.

مخطط الملخص : يجب أن تستخدم الملخصات التنسيق المنظم التالي: 

1- المقدمة  

2- الأهداف 

3- الإطار (الأطرات) النظرية والمنهجية، الطرق 

4- النتائج والمناقشة

5- الاستنتاجات ووجهات النظر

يجب ألا يحتوي العرض التقديمي على أي محتوى ترويجي تجاري.

لا يمكن أن تحتوي الملخصات على أسماء المرضى أو أرقام تعريف المستشفى أو معلومات تعريف أخرى.

التحقق من لغة العرض: العربية ، الإنجليزية.

تحقق من نوع العرض: ندوة ، شفهية ، ملصق

تحقق من نوع الموضوع: المواضيع

انقر فوق الزر SUBMIT في نهاية العملية لإرسال الملخص. لن يكون من الممكن إجراء تغييرات على الملخص بعد التقديم.

سوف تتلقى رقم الملخص عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني بعد تقديم الملخص الخاص بك. يرجى الرجوع إلى هذا الرقم في جميع المراسلات المتعلقة بالملخص.
